Raymond Cheah is an expert in the entire spectrum of property development from Design Conceptualisation, Value Engineering, Holistic Cost Optimisation, Construction, Asset Enhancement and Property Management. He possesses strong 360-degree leadership skills, is analytical and visionary.

Whilst as CEO of MRCB Land, he led and managed Multi-Disciplinary property divisions comprising of >500 staff. Prior to that, he was the COO, Commercial of UEM Sunrise Berhad where he was entrusted to lead multiple departments as well as the development of a plethora of asset classes in both local & international markets.

Raymond graduated with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from University of Sunderland, UK and BSc in Civil Engineering (Hons) from The University of Iowa, USA.

Dato’ Ling Keak Ming

Dato’ Ling Keak Ming

Dato’ Ling Keak Ming is an entrepreneur who has more than 30 years’ experience in managing companies in building materials, construction, property development, resorts, automotive industry, information technologies, and AI-powered security services, amongst others. He has also served on the Board of Directors of various public companies.

His experience in corporate governance, ISO compliance and strategic direction will provide SCM with the stewardship necessary to accelerate SCM’s growth to new heights.

Li Wynn graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia, holding a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Commercial Law.

He has 12 years’ experience in the property industry, having started his career with Sunrise Bhd in 2010. He has worked on a wide range of development projects, such as mixed-use commercial developments, retail, high-end residential condominiums, as well as landed housing projects. After his time in Sunrise, he joined ENRA Group Berhad in 2016, where he successfully completed a development project stationed in the heart of London. He also managed the company’s stratified apartment assets and continued development on other projects including a lifestyle retirement residential project in Rugby, UK.

In his time, he has also served on the Solaris Dutamas Management Committee for a full tenure and has thus garnered a holistic view of the property industry from multiple perspectives.

Simon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Hons) from University of Missouri – Columbia, USA. He is registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and is also a graduate member of Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).

His core competencies are in the power electrical industry. Since 1997, he has been an active member of The Electrical and Electronic Association of Malaysia (TEEAM), serving as Vice President of the Main Council from 2017 to 2021. He represented Malaysia’s International Commission on Illumination (MyCIE) as one of the Working Committee with SIRIM Malaysia to draft outdoor lighting standards for the lighting industry.

He has years of experience in the manufacturing of low voltage switchgears and maintenance of low voltage electrical systems, having served high-end office buildings, airports, 5-star hotels, residential high-rise, schools, factories, hospitals and more.

He is also an expert in vertical transportation, providing technical and electrical power system consultancy with an emphasis on Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) for the elevator industry. He was the product designer for the Emergency Battery Operated Power Supply (EBOPS) made locally. Some of the projects undertaken for the elevator industry include Merdeka 118, MRT Line 1, Ilham Tower, CapSquare KL and Sarawak Museum.

Sr. Mohd Izwan Azim

Sr. Mohd Izwan Azim Johari has 14 years’ experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Customer Relations, Authority Liaison, Corporate Real Estate and Township Management areas with his core competency in Non-Strata & Strata management.

He is a Property Manager by profession and is currently overseeing our PM operations as well as leading Project & Consultancy Services in the Southern region.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Property Management from University Technology of Malaysia. He is a Registered Property Manager with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Manager (BOVAEP), a Property Surveying members of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a member of Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM).

Vanessa Chua

Vanessa started her career with Savills Malaysia, involved in Highest & Best Use studies for French Embassy, Lot 91 Sapura KLCC, the iconic Tun Razak Exchange development and the audit and valuation of RM1.85 bil of ARA REIT’s assets. Subsequently, she joined UEM Sunrise and was involved in the property operations and land acquisition in markets of Australia, Canada, UK, South Africa and Singapore. She was also part of the delivery team for the company’s strategic joint-venture with BlackWall Property Trust.

She then joined MRCB, where she was responsible for joint-venture collaborations with listed developers, sovereign wealth funds, industrial, commercial and retail tenants.

As the head of legal and corporate communications at SCM, Vanessa is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to help the company achieve its goals, as well as ensuring legal considerations are taken into account in all aspects of the company’s activities.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Environments, Property Major (Hons) from The University of Melbourne. She holds a certification in EstateMaster Software (Development Feasibility v6 Certification Course).

Adrian Loh

Adrian has 25 years of vast experience in Asset, Property & Facility Management. He has served in various leadership positions and managed a plethora of projects from Masstige to Prestigious Residential Complex, Mixed-Use Developments, Grade A Offices in Malaysia and Retails Centres in Jakarta.

Prior to SCM, he was the Director and Principal of two Property & Facilities Management Consultancy firms namely, Marque Asset & Property Management and Trilogy Property Management.

Whilst in Jakarta Indonesia, he was the General Manager of Taman Anggrek Mall with NLA of 1.2 mil sq ft which is part of a complex mixed-use development with GFA of 3.8 million sq ft with Retail Mall, Apartments, Hotels, Offices and a large park and was hailed by Forbes as one of the Top Malls in Jakarta.

Before his stint in Jakarta, Adrian was the Head of Property and Facilities Management of Sunrise Bhd. Prior to that, he was the Centre Manager for Citibank Tower, KLCC and was responsible for the overall facilities management of the Grade A office tower in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Adrian graduated from Nottingham University, UK with B.Eng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Honours in 1996. Adrian is registered with BOVEAP as a licensed Property Manager.
