Our Story
SCM International Property Management (SCM) has blazed a trail of excellence in the industry for over 40 years.
SCM provides an extensive range of professional services to its clients, ranging from Property & Facilities Management, Design Advisory, Strata Consultancy & Technical Due Diligence, Building, Energy and Security Audits, Project Lifecyle Management, and more.
Currently, SCM is managing over 18,000 units across the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru. SCM was the first Property Management company in Malaysia to adopt Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and is annually certified by a professional accreditation body.
We have adopted Integrated Standard Operating Procedures (ISOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) into our operations which has been proven to be a powerful tool in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our property management performance.
